    Talking What was I compensated for?

    I just logged in and noticed I had 10 Gems to collect in the gift box, message said "for compensation". I'm certainly not complaining but I am curious what I was compensated for.

    It's a ridiculous compensation for an entire week of bugued stamina and gather. The stamina gauge was totally unaccurate, displaying too much or not enough stamina. Gather just added more mess in stamina count.

    I think "ridiculous" there was meant as "ridiculously good". 10 FG compensation is huge for what was pretty much just a display error, and even if people were legitimately losing stamina it still feels like they're being compensated way more than what they lost.

    Nutaku may be making a lot of weird, kinda awful decisions with other games lately, but they're still hitting it out of the fucking park with FKG management as far as I'm concerned.

    Yeah, not buying it. 10 FG for a week long issue significantly affecting customers game play? So let's look on the DMM side I've been on. Just today alone I got 15 FGs as a special week of gifts FREE, not because of problems. There have been weeks where each day I was getting an additional FG to go along with the daily login prize. Then there is the compensation where we have gotten a FG for each issue, sometimes 10 FG for the update taking too long for a day. On top of that, there have been compensation of multiple life crystals and even 3* free gacha tickets where, while most of the time you get a 3* like me (yes I'm salty!!! ), others have gotten 5* and 6* from. So if a serious issue like this happened on DMM, the compensation would very well likely been more than 10 FGs. I'm sorry but that compensation is just so weak! For that amount of crap player had to deal with, Nutaku should have given out a free 11-pull at least.

    I agree this compensation was twice what I expected. Last time we had an issue like this the comp was 5 FGs only and the time before that was a 5* ticket.... now the ticket is close to being the best comp but many would find 10 FGs worth more at this point.

    The last time we had the stam bug, we got the 5* ticket, yes... but that was because the compensation was MONTHS overdue.

    You guys need to stop comparing Nutaku freebies to DMM. You should come to expect that Nutaku will almost never top DMM in that area. And even when they do, people will bitch about it (hi, Xmas ticket).

    10 FGs for a week-long bug is about what I'd expect from them.

    Now, if they could fucking compensate me for evolved rainbow Alstroemeria or Bakery Girl Sakura's voices being broken for over a month...

    Eab1990 is right. 10 FGs is pretty generous for Nutaku, if you look at their track record, which either suggests that they're improving, or we have been giving them a low bar to clear for customer service this whole time.

    Keh, you guys sure have low bar of expectation from Nutaku. 10FG for entire week of pretty serious issue is cheap IMO. But to each their own. You guys happy with it, then it's cool I guess.

    It's not a low bar, it's a realistic bar.

    One look at Aigis during its dark ages of two-month-long breaks with nothing but endless blueballing would've prepared you for that much.

    "Pretty serious" issue is an exaggeration anyway. Some stamina loss was inevitable, sure, but doing all your runs before gathering worked well enough to mitigate that, and 10 FGs is enough to cover the cost of a week's worth of stam regardless (unless you're like... below level 100 or something).

    Expecting more than that is to expect DMM levels of generosity. And as nice as that would be, it's pretty unrealistic to expect it at this point.

    FKG has recently received a fairly large update with a new battle mode, weekly rewards, sprite updates for many characters and lot of QoL features. It's already in the second phase of it's new event. Yet has not been listed on the main page event bars even once. Now would be a great time to advertise the game and bring back old players or people looking for something new. Has not happened though, for some reason.

    But hey they handed out 10 flower gems for a bug that gave the appearance of losing 20% or more of your stamina bar. Very generous!
    Nutaku's always been 'generous' when they are about to shut a game down...
