Three refills goes a lot further than this pack. But I guess it's still a "deal" compared to what's sold in the shop.

No stats, can't be upgraded, but gives a 20% chance per turn to heal the character for 10%. Does not stack with character abilities, but by my knowledge, we don't have any characters yet who might randomly heal themselves like that.

Really gotta recoup that $1 gold screwup, I guess.

That's the one. I'm testing it now on Alpinia. At least, it's less useless than the previous bracelet.

that may be true. can you compare it with alpinias and kerrias hp-drain? is it more or less than that? and it does only work on the girl wearing it?

It's 10%hp heal so higher the girl's HP, the better it is. And of course, only for wearer. As for Kerria/Alpinia's HP drain, I believe it's better with higher chance to pull skill off.
