Because that hasn't been the standard price for about 8 months now.

Also, 6* dressblooms are overpriced for 2000NG.

What's even more amusing is that for the first few months of English version of the game 6000NG use to be the standard price for Rainbows. The cost has been slowly dropping the longer the game is out.
