Its really not a bad deal. If I needed bond crystals I would jump on it.
There are only a few girls I really despise and have no intention of using.

20k bond crystals is 40 Commander Medals (the D medals) so its actually pretty nice. You'll need the medals for some rainbow crystals once rarity growth comes out. The reason why is because they barely give any free flower gems at all over here so you'll barely get enough from 11 rolls.

She was in a gacha once before
probably be next May before we get rarity growth and she is usable, so going to Ampy her up slow.
