If you do not have pumpkin that is a really good deal, 4k for basically 2 6*s is quite cheap.
If you do have her tho it's 4k for 2 dress and one skill bloom so not so good.

I am waiting for a cheap Rainbow ticket and wishing that Loquat had twin sisters that came in Red, Purple, and Blue
Got a couple of weeks before they expire-watch the blooms (got my eye on you Purslane) , if nothing I want blooms, then going with Dusty Miller.
