What is 2nd affection? How does it work? Does it have new scenes separate from 1st affection?

Yes, second affection has a new scene for most, if not all, girls. It's basically Affection 2.0 but you have to use different gifts which, aside from a small handful we got from the last event gacha, aren't available yet. You can, however, craft second affection gifts in 5%/10% amounts if you have a lot of regular presents lying around:

50 2% gifts, 50 Nazuna cakes, 25 4% gifts, 17 6% gifts, 10 Bronze Awards or 5 Silver Awards = 5% universal second affection gift.

100 2% gifts, 100 Nazuna cakes, 50 4% gifts, 33 6% gifts, 20 Bronze Awards or 10 Silver Awards = 10% universal second affection gift.

Nope. Only bloomed girl with a 3rd portrait have a new scene. Bloomed girls with power only (on DMM, to be faster with blooming process, they add 4 or more girls + new girls bloomed form with only power and boosts) and girls without bloomed form don't have new scene.But all girls still got stats boosts from 2nd affection.

Not likely, i got the stam view bug as well, 306 when I should not have had that much at all. 196 after a gather and it's back to what I was expecting so it's just the visual bug again not losing stam.

Oh, damn, I completely forgot about the "3rd portrait lock"; my apologies for the bad info. So that means as of right now no girl on Nutaku has a 2nd scene (yet), but the list of girls one of the devs posted should be the first ones who do once the rest of Blooming opens up.
