I came to the same conclusion... got 2 dupe 5* from the first 2 steps and while that 5* for 500 is a nice price, I only need 26 more so the chances of it being a dupe are quite high.

has there been a Gacha w/ step 1 or 2 giving a Dressbloom - still waiting for the FK shop to sell dressbloom or Daily Deals
