Unfortunately, it is impossible to increase the pumpkin because she is consistent with the bush attribute.

Also as a reference, the combination of kerria & pumpkin & Iberis & sensitive plants (not bloomed) & Epidendrum ( swimsuit) can make the whole team slice - Hit - Magic & -20% and Skill 1.6

Food for thought indeed...I am using Soap-Chan on my counter team where she is one of the best and she plays a huge role against the event raidboss...damages are only beat by Kerria... Sensitive Plant I almost forget about her, But yeah shed be good against Slice (Please bloom Sensitive Plant, I got many plans for you)
