Based on suggestions I've rearranged my main squads. Now Nerine, Burning Bush, Iberis, Gardenia and Alpinia are on a single squad which guarantees that Alpinia can hit two weaknesses (slice and magic) and also gives her a 66 2/3% chance of hitting a third (hit).

I also moved Lantana, Sakura, Mei Plumblossom and F. Peach into a single squad with Fritillaria. I could've put Yukata Dogwood in place of Fritters but the +25% crit rate (along with the rest of Fritters' abilities) were more important than the bubblegum hair theme.

This is a good start. Next, add Fritillians to a team like Lyc and add critical strike damage. The team may be more fulfilling.
