In the card turning game you get hints as to where the 'good' items are. I'm four sheets in so far and Freesia has said something any time I moused over Mallow or her blooms along with level 20 manyu and 5,000 gold. Along the same lines, Nazuna smiles and waves any time that you mouse over one of her cakes so you know which cards to avoid.

Granted, there's a link to the card flip sheets in a different thread so there's only guesswork involved if you want there to be guesswork.

Pick whichever Knight you were assigned by the game so that you have the right sheets to work off of.
