I've finished the first three stages of the new concept mission so far, running a squad of Alpinia, Kerria, Paederia, Cherry Sage and Lantana. The chocolate tiles from Lantana restore a decent amount of HP when combined with Recovery Boost, letting the first four get to near full HP even if their skills don't proc.
-20% pest attack power will be nice for the last stages too.
