Yeah, 20-3 can be a chore.

If one of your squads is much faster than the others you can leave them by themselves in the top camp. That forces them to take the long way to the finish line, although it may also mean they don't get to the pest fight just before the boss. When taking this approach put all four of the remaining squads in the leftmost camp then hope enough of those squads head southeast instead of south from the random tile. The center camp can be used if you have a super slow squad, or a squad strong enough to win one pest fight but not two. Even then, if the random tile directs them towards the two pest nests instead of the pest fight it ruins the point of putting the squad in that center camp.

Putting two squads in the top camp can work too as long as the faster of the two squads hits the arrow tile first so that they take the longer path. With this approach it's still best to put the remaining squads in the leftmost camp.

I would recommend using the Japanese Wiki (in japanese) as they have the old missions archived and they are very well explained. You just need to be able to read whatever your translator spits out and know what mistakes it might be making.

i was able to complete 20-3 with the helpful instructions. 24-3 and 25-2 are nightmarish.

ugh, i got PTSD from the RNG heavy stages....

it's why i'm glad some older missions actually had nodes changed so there wasn't nearly as many arrow nodes, cause it was an RNG fest around chapter 12 before...

Would anyone be willing to help me get through the last 2 stages i need to complete? It's the same i mentioned last week (24-3 and 25-2)

They are super RNGy, but i might be missing something by raising or lowering speed or moving the squads around.

Edit: I checked DMM and it hasn't been updated past 18

I used the instructions on the japanese wiki (despite google translate best efforts to wreck any meaning...) but I don't remember if we got the old maps or the new ones.

Put two squads in the top camp, two in the middle camp and one in the bottom camp. Whichever top squad reaches the second arrow tile first will need to be fast enough to reach the top right pest before any other squad finishes the stage. Similarly, whichever squad is in the bottom camp needs to be fast enough to reach the bottom right pest before any other squad finishes the stage.

With that set up the only way RNG will prevent a three-medal clear is if the middle squads don't split up at the random tile.

Put two in the top camp and three in the bottom camp, which provides two chances at each random tile. If everything goes right at least one of the top squads will head north at the top random tile, two of the bottom squads will split up at the bottom random tile, and the remaining squad will not hit the finish line until after the bottom right pest fight is cleared.

If the fastest squad ends up taking the bottom path that certainly helps since the bottom right pest fight takes the longest to reach.

24-3 is a nightmare i'm still failing every time changed a bunch of things, it's definitely the mid lane rng panels im having trouble with, i figured out the top and bot camps

I'm gonna try 25-2 with your instructions
