I was able to clear 24-3 with that awesome vid, Now if only they have chapter 25. I wonder if there's a video somewhere on youtube i'm gonna check it out.

Mission 25-1

One unit top, Very strong, 700-800 speed
4 units below, ~400-450 speed

Mission 25-2

2 Units top, make speed ~520-540
Bottom should be 3 units. Make speeds about 550-590 (first), ~450 (2nd squad), and use a ~720-760 speed helper

Mission 25-3

2 top, 3 bottom.
Top speeds: ~720
Bottom Speeds (in movement order): ~550, ~800, ~550

There are the first 3 for now.
