Heliotrope (Yukata)'s Evolved Ability doesn't appear for me either (however it might just be in the Gacha previews).

Calling it done. Left the seeds, cakes, and a lot of 3* on the table. Getting just one banana island petal took 3 half stams
I like to keep at least four of each on hand.

Don't know about you, but I find it difficult lately to get petals, at least more than a month ago
