It's a stupid question, but how do you get to the screen for that gacha? I've been playing for over a year and i've never been able to find it. It's not in the shop, daily deal, exchange or any of the gacha tabs, nor is it listed under 'Information'.

Any idea if there will be another gacha where you spend FGs to eventually get a rank 6 girl? Last one, I didn't have enough to go the full amount and I am just wondering if I should sit

No guarantee, but maybe. After the gem bug though, I would say next year would be your best bet.
