I think I will try Liverwor's 20% critical strike rate & critical strike damage plus an additional 30% increase in Boss' full staff.

If it can't be achieved~ I will also use Apple to sublimate

30% crit girls are slim pickins

I don't have Anemone or Mei
comes down to apple or delphinium V2 for me and apple got skill act and adds hit so she fits better.
