I did that on 3 10+1 pulls ...

1. 2 silver (copies)/bronze
2. 4 silver (copies)/bronze
3. 2 gold (copies)/1 silver (copy)/bronze

My very first 10+1 was still the best ... 3 golds, 4 silvers, rest bronze. All except 1 silver were new. Then it went downhill after. I'm guessing for new players, Nutaku jacks up your first 10+1 rate to something along the DMM version (normally) LOL
