Well, maybe you don't like her, but she does have a great skillset: pierce + skill trigger + ATK + AOE.
Kale and Madonna have a 2% higher activation rate, but Burning Bush's maximum 34% is enough to guarantee a trigger on a the first turn in a team with 2 other skill triggers and Cymbidium.
