No, but when fighting raid bosses for the quest use 1 raid point as a time and you can get credit for up to 3 fights, you can always run the first mission to try get boss, though once you find one you're better off burning 1 raid point and then continuing on so you don't waste them on weak bosses that yield less rewards and then hope you run into a more appropriate level raid boss when you continue on while you have at least 1 raid point recharging so as to not waste time not having it recharge considering you need 8 a day and that adds up to a minimum of 4 hours each day if you don't level.
