I don't think I've ever come across a use case for +700 speed.

I mostly go with squads that are around the speed which my 4 Squads have, so for me 450-500.
If you have squads that are to fast, then they might finish the map, before your other squads can kill of pests and will rush trough them.
My set my Squad at around 450 Speed, because it is the normal, considering the range of 200-700, excluding Buffs from certain girls.
I need to replace some people at the moment.

Actually requiring 700+ is probably not needed, but I think higher is usually more useful. When you want to quickly burn stamina it's nice to have a strong squad be fast enough to just run through the map, touch the goal and have everyone else run around picking stuff up instead of fighting. Ever since Edeleweiss and her OP passive came out, most of my clears look something like this
After this event I plan to replace St. Paulia with Moonvine which should really jack up the speed, I just hope the team can still clear quickly without double slice.

Lied, please don't change your squad i originally hat a perfect Helper Squad With Edelweiss, Toad lily and 3 Slice Type's. Please don't change the double slice, hitting the weakness is like 50% more dmg, even more usefull with girls that have single target skill.
@thewind32
I changed to triple Pierce.
It is propably not needed for the advanced player at 200k above power, but it sure helps the newer players whose H Squads are already weakend.

Yup, but not much harm changing just in case. My two other pierce girls aren't strong enough to compensate, since hp and def are unchanged.
Sidenote: I've been thinking, is there any benefit in the manner the girls are arranged within a squad? Personally I try to have melee units infront due to ocd from from jrpgs, but is there any significant difference if units that have AOE skills are placed first, and the single-target ones are at the rear? In other words, trying to allow the AOE skills to trigger first while more than 1 enemy remains, as opposed to having the single-target ones firing off first, leaving only 1 enemy to be blasted by AOE?
