I've got 2 open spots right now. I would like to point that the job I got for the Olympic period is still grabbing a bit of my time and that made me not be as active as I would have liked in-game and might have cost me some allies. It should be over during the next week.

Does helper squad total power actually appear lower to other people than what is on your screen?

If yes can i know whats the different? Lest affection bonus? ...Ampys?

Affection bonus doesnt carries over to helper power, the power your allies see from you is your girls raw power, i think ampys are considered too, but im not sure

What Ikki said, affection and ampys have no effect on helper power. The power will be reduced.
