right, sharing it with public shares it with everyone, including your friend list.

and sharing with allies is just your friend list.


if in doubt, just make it public. unless you're sure you want to keep it with your allies, or you plan on killing it yourself.

In the current event, where you want access to as many RBs as possible, it's generally accepted to just share general (there's always someone that will nuke it for you sooner or later). the Eternal Exception: Seed Bearers (level 1, 90 HP). ALWAYS share with Friends ONLY and kick Friends who nuke them (depending on player, you might feel some leeway is acceptable, particularly after a patch)
