I wasn't going to roll the new gacha since the rates are the same as normal, but I saw that the new 4-star (the one we can actually sort of expect to get) has an ignore web ability, which might be useful for part 2 of the event. Kind of tempted, but I'll probably wait until the second half before doing it.
