I used 2 on top, 3 on bottom, none in the middle. Had to make speed average out since 2 of the times I ran it, one of my squads completed the map before I could kill the enemy hidden under the locked panel.

This was my tactic also. I had the two fastest teams on top, then the rest at the bottom. Worked like a charm.
