Well, the 1st phase's ultimate was working just fine 'til tuesday at least. Haven't tried it in these last couple of days, but I don't see any reasons why it should be buggy just because the 2nd phase's is.
And also, isn't it usually the 2nd phase's stages that get buggy if you try them before clearing the first phase's?
