Solution is simple: The same thing I told the others who asked me : Setting up a proxy address and then logging into Nutaku for the purchase worked for me.
I used Berlin IP proxy address last time and it went well. However I recall you saying that you are stationed somewhere around there, so its weird you got this problem.
Anyway try to set up a temporary proxy IP log into Nutaku, do the transaction, log off Nutaku, turn of the Proxy, log back in and you are golden

This is.... way to cute !
