Will try that, though dont hold much hope. These fuckers ignored every ticket I sent so far, no response or resolution.
No X-Overd rewards shutting down compensation like the others, ticket ignored.
Had a bug where I couldnt upgrade a character with dupes, ticket ignored, issue never fixed.
So yeah, my trust meter is in the minus values, as far as any actual help or heck even response to the ticket goes.

The amount of bond crystals needed to clear the shop is staggering... though I don't think I'll have enough flowering hearts next month to worry so much about it.

Yeah it's pretty high, I had over 20k and still could not fully clear the shop tho I did come close. Saving all those 5*s really helped get the bond crystals up fast.
