With the limit of 30 players attacking them, every attacker will have to pull his/her weight to take those down, or everybody's raidpoints spent on it are a waste.

I think thats for Pero Pero, but not sure, so dont expect more than that Skillbloom.

I'd use it on Sakura. Cactace already has an insane skill proc rate so I personally like to boost someone with a lower proc rate instead, but that's my personal bias. Honestly it might be more efficient to just boost Cactace's proc rate through the roof.

Don't know if it's any consolation considering an RNG grudge, but the chance of getting a lvl100 from an upgraded chest are only about 15%. Just keep hanging in there, I actually never failed getting up to three of the big guys on one day, even if it sometimes did cost me all my stamina.
