*On a more serious note - despite being a Loli, Loquat has really highly detail drawn H scene (both of them), her art is top notch as well in all 3 forms, and as a far as skillset goes she is one of the best Pierce type Girls out there when it comes to Crit characters, boosting both Crit Chance, Damage and with Skill activation on top of it.
Granted it is hard to appreciate in a version where the fucking crit mechanic still doesnt work as it should have been for some time now.

What determines whether you receive this gift?

If there’s some sort of an unfair arbitrary metric determining why some folks get free 6* characters and I don’t, and if I’m just at an unfair disadvantage for no reason and with no visibility or explanation as to why some folks get this and I don’t, then why am I spending any money on this game?

Like this is legit infuriating, I’m all for freebies but only if the system is fair.
