to bypass RNG, just don't do those maps and waste your stamina, man

There are ways to get purple dragons without grinding those maps: Whaleship or Card Event.

for people grinding Elixirs esp. gold, those maps RNG are much worse than Dragon maps.

I suspect it will refresh when we get the next set of Whale maps (Pierce 6-10), which is hopefully next week.
