This page lists Victoria's VA as 沢澤砂羽. Google Translate translates this as "Sawazawa Sayabe" or "Saizawa Sawa". Neither translated name found anything relevant. Second link suggests the name is an alias for Kiritani Hana.

Really... Sawasawa Sawa voiced Victoria? Come to think of it she does sound very familiar.

Sawasawa Sawa (real name Tanezaki Atsumi) is pretty famous in the erode industry. She voiced 4-5 characters in Yuzusoft's games and one girl from Totono, which is a very famous game.

Happens all the time with fast forward on and instantly deaded enemies.

I'm going to assume you mean someone attacking an enemy who is dead by a skill already but that skill has not fully activated yet cause you are on fast forward and the other girls act before the skill completes. If that is the case then it's normal and does sometimes lead to taking 2 rounds instead of 1 to kill a group as opposed to non fast forward.
