The bad news is this is another iteration of the awful choose-your-6* gacha that is absurdly expensive and it’d be much cheaper to just wait for your favorite 6* character to get her chance with the daily weekend deal.

That and, 5* tickets still do not exist. I’m so sorry Tiger Lily. Circumstances have again conspired to keep us apart.

Last summer they had $25 Nutaku Gold 10+1 Gacha that had drastically improved 5 and 6* rates. I did it at least 4 times (cant remember exactly) and got at least 6 6* and shittons of 5*. Also half price flower gems.

As far as todays weekly goes, if they would just include 5* tickets instead of the gacha I would be in. As you said waiting for the weekend and holiday deals

The timing on this gacha is terrible (Steam Summer Sale) and coupled with the not-great pricing was not one of devs brighter moves.

last year's 7/27 deal was pretty good, 1500 gold for up to 3 6 star exchange tickets so you may want to wait until then,

If they remember that Rainbow Dressbloom is available, it is also a good idea.

It hurts me to say this since it's the only source for now, but don't forget to buy the 75 LC petals from the shop before the reset.

When old events come back does it still keep the amount of event currency you had or does it reset back to zero every time it comes back?

I went ahead and threw 50 gems at the event gacha in the hopes of getting another drinking buddy for Hop, Heather and Gardenia (Sar Racenia). I didn't get her but I did get two new 5* Knights (Reeves Spirea and Queen of the Night).
