I believe it is a holiday and the gouge is coming. Then it will get better just like the rest of the promos did.
There is no hurry for me and this one. No use for her until RG.

It wouldn't shock me if Aconite happens to be the 5* weekend daily deal on Saturday or Sunday.

I could see her and Victoria this weekend, to match the CSQ / 2nd H-scene release. Victoria or Soapwort is almost guaranteed to be the 6* deal, I'd wager money on one or the other. I'm slightly favoring Victoria just because Soapwort is the 'star' of the weekly magic gacha.

Its likely you are right
Soapwort is really good too. She's been on a daily before and I passed her up because I have Apricot and Helenium.
I like to use all my girls within reason on some team and would pass on her again for the same reason.
Haven't seen any version of Victoria before on a deal.
