I'm not sure if this is 100% correct, but I heard that the 11 pull on DMM costs 5000 gems instead of the usual 50 on Nutaku. So those 200 DMM flower gems is equivalent to like 2 Nutaku gems, at least if you're considering 11 pulls.

Yeah, DMM started doing something weird that they have "cents" now. I don't know the point of it to be honest yet. Honestly don't care, except that Nutaku will misinterperate. inb4, they go to the cents system but make it where you still only get 1/2 from missions rewards

From what I'd read, DMM decided to bring the exchange per FG in line with the yen on a 1:1 rate in preparation of the mobile version of FKG.

that shitty flower gem deal that was up for a few minutes got removed

it was:

Step 1 10 Flower Gems 1 premium roll at usual rates
Step 2 15 Flower Gems for 11 premium rolls
Step 3 40 Flower Gems for guaranteed 5 Star gold skillbloom
Step 4 40 Flower gems for guaranteed 5 Star gold dressbloom

Petals can be found in Nutaku's nation battles, right?

Honestly... that is not worth it tbh.
Although... that is a 5.8% chance of rainbow (0.5% chance, 12 rolls) versus 4.9% chance (1%, 5 yolos)
The golds is meh though with a 52.4% chance of getting 1 (or more) (12 rolls) versus 53.0% (5 yolos @ 14%).

To be honest, they are about the same. The step 3 and 4 is a joke though.
Priority also has no bronzes, so priority would be the better bet when it comes to bond crystals.
