So I have enough Life Crystals to get a rainbow skillbloom but I'm not sure who to give it to. I only have 2 6 stars, Apricot and Mistletoe, and I'm leaning towards giving it to Apricot because it shouldn't be too hard for me to bloom her (idk when Mistletoe gets hers). Also, where do I get the birds? I know I can get one from the event gacha, but I plan on getting another soon.

You can get bloom birds from the Whale Airship shop under Exchange or from the missions under the "Concept" tab when you select "Campaign" from the side menu.
