Using pre-paid credit cards is the best option. That way even if the number gets stolen there is no money left on it anyway.

You can try to open a support ticket, but it's better to post it on the discord channel.

We still don't know what they did Friday to correct the problem, so maybe they need to look at your account.

It does seem to be account related. I opened a brand new account on a computer that I can't log into my normal account with, and that account is able to get in just fine. But mine? No-go. Ugh-- missing the end of the event and the whale ship. I submitted a ticket 16 hours ago, so clearly the ticket route doesn't seem to do a lot of good for "hey you guys I can't log in" problem reporting.

PS: Finding the Discord chat is difficult when the game is crashed like this. You never get any of the in-game scrollwork or help details or links (it's all just a blue box), and the "helpful links" thread here sure doesn't seem to have it. The only link seems to be the discord link for the forums that i can see.

Yeah, that thread is very outdated. I don't think the maker of the thread has been on in a while.

Have you guys noticed that the stuff Pumpkin is saying on the collection page isnt entirely translated. She is saying much more then just the stuff that is written there. Wonder how that could have happened?

Rough translation but fairly accurate based on what she says.
