Yeah, that's the same situation we got last Tuesday.
Was solved only Friday, and the support tickets were answered only after that, so pretty useless.

Yes, I thought so. I wonder what causes this problem, and why it is that some people have it at some times, but not everyone every time. What could this be the function of? Is there anything in common between those who have the problem at any given time? I don't know if finding that out would be a way to avoid it - I doubt it - but I am wondering anyway. It can't be anything so simple as the country one is in, since someone (I forget who) said not long ago that it was possible to log in on a different account on the same computer. And since it's not always the same people - I know that much, because for example last time I didn't get this problem, and now I do -, I think it's probably not something entirely static.

I just got fixed and can log in now.

Support told me: "don't play CSQ, is a bug there"

That was a long time to be locked out for running a story quest.

Oh yeah, last Tuesday we got Mountain Lily CSQ, never thought that could be the cause.

I got fixed as well. Support didn't write me anything, but based on what they wrote to you, it's interesting how they knew what the cause of the problem was and yet DID NOT THINK TO TELL US. It's not like there is a FKG Nutaku twitter or anything, or a space for announcements below the game...
