I have a question, just to be sure. Does the Limited Reissue Gacha use the [1%/14%/85%] rates (like the Main Event ones) or is it still the old [0.5%/6%/30%63.5%] rate?. I have lots of Flower Gems to spend and I want to use improved rates, but I don't want to risk getting a character I don't like. And I looked on the JP wiki, and every event in the next few months has at least one I don't like the look of.
