I dont think they're intentionally mocking the entire playerbase, its just one person (from Romania) who has very different social ethics announcing that someone won. In other words, they have zero delicacy.

I always theorized the reason why we didnt get Anemone and Lycoris' bloomed art was because Helenium's bloom art got leaked by accident in Nutaku and DMM got mad
