Lily Easter Dress Bloom does appear in her upgrade materials list, but DO NOT USE IT! It does NOT add an equipment slot. It show 1 -> 1 instead of 1 -> 2, and when using it, it indeed stays at only 1 equipment slot.

Dammit, and I was just about to feed her if I had enough items for the last bloom...

Also, the daily event quest for the items upgrade materials is broken


edit: now that I think about it, when the blooms got added in my inventory, some of them were locked like new characters, and they also appear as a upgrade target
