What do you mean with "refreshing" allies?

I think he wants some control over what allies are in the list to use as helper squad.
And I'm not sure there is. Last log-in time seems to have some effect on the list, but there also seems to be some kind of "cooldown timer" for a helper squad after you used it, making it not appear again for about 15-30 minutes.
So, your best bet to get a specific helper squad, would be doing a couple of 1-1 runs (lowest stamina, skip any SG that might appear) until your desired helper comes on the list, and then do the map where you want to use that specific helper.

You don't have to actually start any mission to see which helper squads you can choose from. Just looking at the "Choose Helper Squad" screen will help you with that if you really need to look for a specific squad.

To get out of that window you can click on any of the buttons on the left side in the game.

Yes, but I suspect there's something more involved as well, probably last login time (I have one person on my friendslist who hasn't logged in for more than a week, his squad just occasionally shows up after I do a lot of runs in a short period of time). So, if you want to use the squad of someone who hasn't logged in for a while (could be hours, could be days, depends on how often everybody else on your list logs in as well), you'd have to "clean up" the more recent logins by actually using them.

Oh, that's an interesting technique. I'll try it with my equipments. Bad thing i only get lvl 10 necklaces xD

By the way, those guaranteed 4* and 5* como from tickets, and (i think, please, if possible check with someone more fluent at japanese, google translate or that has played at DMM extenively) that they come from events, or at least i think an event gave a 5* ticket. They could be real money buy items though and i wouldn't be too surprised.

Just pulled 2 silvers from normal gacha in the longest time. And they were duplicates. fu

My last Silver I got like that (a long time ago...) was the only Silver I had with 4 Equipment Slots (and she missed her +1 Skill Level).

Question about Skillblooms item we can buy with Life Cristals in the Shop: do they really only increase Skill Level? Not the Equipment Slot as well? I mean with their incredibly high Cost that's very very bad in fact.
There's any mean to unlock Equipment slots for Gold (and Rainbow) Girls (except duplicates)?
