This contest is not really about popularity of a girl, but more about the chance to change the visuals of 3 girls into different ones.
Therefore it makes more sense to, rather than choosing a character which already looks good , to choose girls which really could use the improvement.


Anyway: Myth busted - Did the Gacha thingy, and then used the ticket pull. Got 3x 4* (all of which I had so quite worthless), no 5, other than from the ticket.

If that is indeed the case, I might vote for Alpinia as well. I always thought it strange that she straight up runs around in a bikini.

I don't know if that counts as busting the myth though. No one ever said that it guarantees you a 5*, only that your chances of getting one will be improved. Buuut, since no one has any actual facts regarding this, it is indeed probably just a myth.

My understanding is the new version doesn't replace the girl, but creates a separate character of the same girl in a different costume.

Yes, we need as many Orchids as possible.

Tried the new limited gacha three times, two times following the "pull after getting a 4* in normal" theory and once after following "pull after getting 3 3* in a row" theory. Not a single 6* in any of the pulls, but I got 2 Peaches on the first pull and on the second one (picture it did happen below) I pulled Lue.. Leuc.. Waifu!!! and Strawberry Candle.

Those three seem to synergize pretty nicely, Waifu starts to hit harder with every solar blast, while Strawberry and Peach increase the amount of crystal drops *and* Strawberry adds 2-3 solar nodes (similar to Chocolat Cosmos with her healing nodes). Cactace increases crystal drops as well, so I think I'll add her to the squad as well. Not sure yet who to add for fifth member, for now I'll pick Edelweiss, since all girls so far are more or less single target, while Edelweiss can at least hit two with her special.

According to the discord we will get the non-voted brides at a later date from those that already turned into brides on DMM. So voting for a completely new bride would actually be beneficial.

About the popularity contest, will they give us the Girls or, as indicated, just put a new reskinned version? In that case, if you don't have the girls, that's completely bad...

From what I understood, it won't matter whether you already have the girl or not, it would be a seperate additional version of the girl, so there'd be 2 Orchids in FKG for example.

Yes it's a separate version. On DMM we have both a 5* and 6* Orchid, her being the one that won on DMM the first time around.

We will anyway? For sure? That invalidates my comment in my other thread, though xD.

Anyway, people, don't do shanenigns with the rarities, most likely winner will be released as a 6*, 2nd and 3rd place as 5*. As that's what DMM did and fits the gatcha system.
