May I know for your ally helper squads,if they have their girls upgraded or change with other girls in that squad, will this also change when we see them during our time where we are going in missions? Or the squad will never ever change from the moment we accepted them into our ally list? Which case is it?

Cause I cannot tell if the ally did upgrade/changed the helper squad cause its not like I memorise their power. I always see as if when their TP change, their helper squad seems to be the same but I may be wrong.

Yes, if your ally makes any changes to their girls the game will automatically update it for you. If you see your ally TP increasing but their girls are still the same it just means they've levelled the girls up.
