She also gets a first-turn 1.65x skill proc boost for her blooming ability. So it's better than Cyrtanthus/Geranium/Justicia/bloomed Sakura/Mei, but worse than Cymbidium.

Nah, give her something else because that would be repetitive. You already got a unit that gives you 2x skill proc and then another 1.2x. Then give Anthurium a Bloomed xx% Attack increase and we can call it even.

Even with a fifth bloom dragon dropping I can't get a level 100 dragon to drop at all. Entire day doing the 80 stamina map, 1 level 100 bloom dragon.
