Tbh I find it pretty lacking, I've provided them with plenty of money in the past and they wont even respond to a ticket.

It's odd. There was a guy getting a 6* from Nutaku cause they messed something up and now they won't respond because of an issue which is easy to fix ...I mean they do not lose any money if they give you your Girl back...You have already earned her^^
