I finally had a free spot on my friend list. XD. I'm trying to hit the post 100 levels to get more friend spots but it's been a slow process so far.

"TP-to-level ratio" isn't really a thing. It's possible those around you are spending more money or are just plain lucky.
But if you're still below 310k or something ridiculous, perhaps you did refill stamina too many times.

Someone friend requested me and had ~201k TP at level 102, I was like how is this even possible?

Way back in the first week when Lavender's event was out, I FG refilled my way to level 70-90 or so. No regrets, had plenty of stamina to not worry about overflow for a while.
