i think from mission 12 onwards. but it's not that you get one ampy a mission, they are very rare.
it's a waste, just farm the 80 stam event mission, you have the same chance of getting ampys there and you get more coins and LCs.
12-5 is only better with exp and gacha seeds. but who cares about that...
