Maintenance should commence in about an hour boys and girls (girls, who am I kidding?), make sure you clear your Gather and Raid Points and have about 100 stamina less than max at least for up to 5 hours of down time.

IIRC, the gold one only has a chance to spawn after completely emptying the shop.
