Be aware that you do not have actually the right to choose between all the 6s, I can only choose between three of them.

That being said, what is the best choice between: Fritillaria, Mei Plumblossom and Sakura (knowing that I already have Cattleya)?

Fritillaria for AOE and support passives
Mei and Sakura for single target nukes.

Ultimately though its about which one appeals to you the most. To me Mei is pretty much Waifu level, so that was a clear choice.

Just once.. I would like to spend 50 flower gems as a free player and there not be a special guaranteed gacha the following week...

This special gacha is for nutaku gold only, so no difference between spending your flower gems whenever you want
