If you are unsure how much you got check the thread where the compensation is discussed. The compensation amount differs depending on how many tickets you collected.

Now on a side note - those 20 gems sure are useful. Getting back to 50 gems for when there is a need to do a 10+1 draw once more.

with the 20 gems reward i was able to spin the pierce gacha and i got toad lily, so im more than satisfied, i needed her badly, that 50% dmg reduction on pests is a must

I got 10 Flower Gems and 100,000 Gold. I am not sure why, I used all of my voting tickets. But I didn't reach 4000 tickets collected, just a bit above 2000.

You just answered your own question. With less than 3000 tickets, you only reached the third tier of compensation, offering the 10 FG and 100 000 coins you received.
